The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including delicious cinnamon rolls, with friendly service that made the dining area cheerful. The location's convenience to restaurants made exploring easy, but there were minor issues like limited parking and noise from nearby traffic that could disrupt restful sleep.

The location proves perfect for attending local events, and the hotel maintains high cleanliness standards. Staff members truly shine. Grace and Paul went above and beyond to assist my family during a stressful situation. However, the breakfast options were disappointing, and the room was quite small for a couple's stay.

Tempe's food scene is lit! Hit up Pastries N Chaat for some killer fusion bites and you can't miss House of Tricks for those gourmet pizzas that taste like dreams. The stay was also a breeze with breakfast that hits just right—perfect fuel for my culinary adventures!
But, a little hiccup with the rooftop vibes—none of the propane heaters were working! A chilly rooftop hangout and a closed pool bar put a damper on stargazing post-swim, but we still made it shine with good chats.

stayed at hyatt place for 2 nights and loved the location. it’s super close to the zoo, just a short drive away. the queen room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was impressive with plenty of options. the hotel felt very clean and modern, almost brand new!

I stayed at Hyatt Place in Tempe for three nights. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from ASU and local dining spots. The beds are super comfy, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. However, daily housekeeping wasn't offered, which felt a little odd for the price. Breakfast could be improved, especially the variety. Some mornings, they ran out of essential items like yogurt and oatmeal, so I ended up searching for food outside. The rooftop bar was a nice touch, though it was closed during my visit, and the heaters there didn’t work, making it too chilly to enjoy. The staff were friendly but the kitchen staff could have been a bit more accommodating. The bathroom had water pressure issues as well, which was disappointing. It’s a decent place, with a great atmosphere and clean rooms, just needs a few tweaks.
